Multi-channel brand experience / Event identity / Campaign rollout

  • As Vialto Partners prepared to host its first global leadership conference, the team needed more than just event materials — they needed an immersive brand experience that would engage internal and external stakeholders, reflect the company’s values, and signal the next phase of growth.

    The challenge: Build a compelling, cohesive visual and verbal identity for Spark Growth that could live across every touchpoint, from pre-event promotion to on-site materials, while aligning with the core Vialto brand.

    • Establish a distinct identity for the Spark Growth event that felt aspirational, credible, and future-facing

    • Create a unified visual and messaging system that could scale across digital, print, and physical space

    • Inspire employees and clients while reinforcing Vialto’s global positioning and momentum

  • As Global Creative Lead, I was responsible for end-to-end creative strategy and execution. My role included:

    • Developing the Spark Growth event identity, including logo, color palette, and design system

    • Leading creative concepting in partnership with comms, marketing, and executive stakeholders

    • Overseeing all branded event collateral including signage, environmental design, motion graphics, print materials, presentation templates, and swag

    • Collaborating with external vendors and internal teams to ensure creative quality, brand consistency, and on-time delivery

    • Aligning visual direction with tone of voice and campaign messaging

 My process:

  1. Discovery and briefing: Collaborated with stakeholders to define the event’s strategic purpose, audience, and tone.

  2. Creative direction: Developed the Spark Growth identity, including visual direction and messaging framework, then oversaw external design vendors to produce high-volume assets within the established system.

  3. Event production: Managed cross-functional planning and execution — including food and beverage, registration flow, and the design and delivery of multiple social gatherings and in-room activations.

  4. Asset development: Guided the creation of branded materials across print, digital, signage, presentation decks, and swag, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity at every touchpoint.

  5. Vendor and team management: Directed multiple creative and event vendors, while coordinating with internal stakeholders to keep timelines on track and deliver a seamless experience across all channels.

The results:

Spark Growth became the official launch point for the Vialto brand, bringing together clients and leaders from over 20 countries for the first time since the company’s formation.

  1. The event successfully introduced and activated Vialto’s brand vision at a global scale, driving alignment, excitement, and deeper engagement across audiences.

  2. Internal post-event surveys reported 98% satisfaction, with specific praise for the event’s clarity, design, and brand storytelling.

  3. Created a scalable, repeatable event model that is now used for future global programs and regional summits.

  4. Spark Growth established a new benchmark for experiential branding across the organization, blending creative vision, operational excellence, and human connection.
